These terms are an agreement between you and Tasskel LLC, acting through its Tasskel Pay division, and govern your use of tasskelpay.com, the online merchant application, and the Tasskel business suite included with an approved account. Merchant processing, equipment, and program services are also governed by the separate merchant program agreement provided during onboarding, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. By using this site or submitting an application, you accept these terms.
Tasskel Pay is a division of Tasskel LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. References to "we," "us," and "Tasskel Pay" mean Tasskel LLC. Card acceptance is provided in cooperation with sponsoring member banks and processing partners, and their agreements and card network rules apply to your merchant account in addition to these terms.
You may use this site for legitimate business inquiries and to submit a merchant application. You may not misuse the site, probe or attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, interfere with its operation, or submit false, incomplete, or unauthorized information in an application. You confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you represent.
Submitting an application is a request, not an approved account. Approval is subject to underwriting by Tasskel Pay and its sponsoring partners and may be declined, delayed, or approved with conditions such as volume caps or reserves. You authorize us and our partners to verify the information provided, including business and personal credit and identity checks. Timeframes such as 24-hour approval describe typical results on complete applications and are not guaranteed.
Program features described on this site — zero processing cost under a properly configured cash discount program, included terminals and POS equipment, next-day funding availability, and the bundled Tasskel business suite — depend on approval, correct program configuration, applicable state law, and the terms of your merchant agreement. Cash discounting requires posted disclosures and correct terminal programming; you remain responsible for maintaining required signage and compliant practices at your locations.
Equipment provided at no cost with an approved account remains available for use while the account is active and, unless your program agreement states otherwise, remains the property of Tasskel Pay or its supplier. You agree to use it as configured, keep firmware current, and return or pay for equipment that is unreturned or damaged beyond normal use after account closure.
Suite access is licensed to your business for internal business use while your merchant account is in good standing, and is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. You are responsible for your users' activity, for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload, and for obtaining any consents required to process your customers' information. Your business data remains yours; we may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or account closure. Suite features may change as the platform develops.
Card acceptance may not be used for activities prohibited by card network rules, sponsoring banks, or law, including unlawful goods and services, deceptive sales practices, unauthorized transaction laundering for other businesses, or processing transactions you are not entitled to submit. Violations may result in immediate suspension, held funds, and account termination.

The Tasskel and Tasskel Pay names, logos, site content, software, and platform are the property of Tasskel LLC and its licensors, and no license is granted except as stated here. Third-party names referenced in comparisons belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.
This site and the suite are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasskel LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of this site, the suite, or reliance on general content; and our total liability for claims relating to this site or the suite is limited to the amounts you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tasskel LLC, its divisions, and its partners from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the site or suite, your transactions, your data, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law and card network rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your merchant program agreement provides a different dispute process, which controls for account disputes.
