Zero processing fees describes the merchant's cost under a properly configured cash discount program: the cost of card acceptance is collected at the point of sale and disclosed to the customer, rather than deducted from your deposits. It does not mean card acceptance has no cost in the economy — it means the cost is not withheld from your revenue.
Cash discounting is broadly permitted in the United States when disclosed correctly. Card network rules and state statutes change, and requirements differ from surcharging. We supply compliant signage and terminal programming; merchants remain responsible for keeping disclosures posted and for confirming current rules in their state.
24-hour approval reflects typical underwriting turnaround on complete applications and is not guaranteed. Applications may be declined or approved with conditions such as volume limits or reserves.
Equipment is provided at no cost with an approved account and remains available for use while your account is active. Compatible existing hardware may be reprogrammed instead. Damaged or unreturned equipment may be chargeable per your program agreement.
Next-day funding is available on most approved accounts when batches close before the daily cutoff, and depends on your bank and account risk profile. Standard funding is one to two business days.
